The Board of Directors oversees the operation of the Attorney-in-fact of the corporation. The directors serve for a three year term and are elected by the Subscriber's Advisory Committee, who represents the subscribers' interest. The election occurs after the annual meeting in June and there will not be more than ten directors on the board.
