Providing our members with quality products and service are very important to us. We are in the process of automatically converting member policies in each state to our new state-of-the-art billing system as quickly as possible, but in the interim, members may receive bills from either the new billing system or the legacy system (or both). Members will receive information explaining the features of the new billing system at the time they are moved to the new billing system.
